The Escola de Música Tradicional de Sant Cugat is organizing the second edition of the Gatzara Festival from March 20 to 22, focusing on folk music from Catalan-speaking regions.

Venues such as La Unió Centre Cultural and the Celler Modernista will host various activities aimed at preserving and revitalizing musical heritage. The festival promotes the Catalan language as a cultural vehicle while connecting different communities and generations.
This year's edition emphasizes inclusivity and gender perspective, highlighting underrepresented groups in traditional music. Most events, including live performances by Càsum and Hidra, are free of charge, with the exception of specialized educational workshops.
The schedule features diverse activities such as the Sardana satànica workshop, traditional dances, and community meals provided by La Cooperativa la Temerària, concluding on Sunday with a popular gathering led by Escamot català.
