The incident occurred shortly before 3 PM, when a parked vehicle, according to witnesses, reportedly rolled down a slope. The car went over a small separating wall and ended up on the establishment's tables and chairs.
Several units from the Terrassa Municipal Police and ambulances from the Medical Emergency Service (SEM) were quickly dispatched to the scene. Medical services attended to the injured person, who sustained minor injuries. Officers collected witness statements and compiled a technical accident report.

The Nova Associació de Veïns de Can Parellada (New Neighbors Association of Can Parellada) has warned that this is not the first time accidents have occurred in this area of Carrer d'Amèrica. The neighborhood association stated in a press release that they have repeatedly requested, through petitions accompanied by photos of similar incidents, that action be taken to increase the wall's height or find alternative solutions, but they claim to have received no response or intervention to date.
