Vall de Boí launches new guided tour of its iconic Romanesque bell towers

A free itinerary starting March 15 will reveal the architectural and historical secrets of four famous Pyrenean towers.

The Vall de Boí Romanesque Centre is launching the Bell Tower Route this Sunday, March 15, offering a free guided experience to explore the architectural symbols of the Alta Ribagorça region.

This new cultural project aims to highlight the hidden details of four renowned bell towers. Visitors will learn about medieval construction techniques, decorative styles, and the historical functions of bells in the Pyrenees landscape. The tour starts at 11:00 AM at Santa Eulàlia d'Erill la Vall.
Following its official presentation, this itinerary will join other established tours like the Romanesque and Falles Route. These activities are designed to provide diverse perspectives on local heritage and will be available upon request through the Vall de Boí Romanesque Centre.
