This initiative, which began last September, allocates a total of 120,000 euros to finance up to 15 municipal improvement projects that have already passed the technical and citizen validation phases.
The voting period runs from January 15 to January 31. During these dates, residents of Montgat can choose a maximum of three initiatives from among the finalists. All individuals registered in the municipality who are over 16 years old are eligible to participate.
Participation can be carried out both digitally, through the municipal participation platform, and in person. Online voting requires identification using DNI (ID number) and date of birth.
Several in-person voting points have been set up in municipal facilities such as the City Council, the Library, and the Escala d’Adults Timó. There will also be itinerant points, including the non-sedentary market on January 21 and January 28, and the Montgat Market on January 30.
With this third edition, the Montgat council reaffirms its commitment to citizen participation and co-responsibility in decision-making, promoting a governance model that is more transparent and aligned with the real needs of the municipality.
