The city of Tarragona hosted over 80 audiovisual productions throughout 2025, marking 140 days of filming and establishing itself as a key location for the industry in Catalonia.

The Tarragona Film Office supported a wide range of projects, including Carles Porta's series 33 Días and the film Viaje al país de los blancos. International platforms also chose the city: Netflix filmed scenes for Néro at Pla de la Seu, while Amazon Prime utilized the Port of Tarragona for the production of Blade Runner.

"Tarragona has positioned itself among the Catalan municipalities that host the most productions, operating as a successful single-window model."

Montse Adan · President of the Municipal Tourism Board
In addition to commercial shoots, the city presented El cos contemporani a la Tarragona eterna, a video-dance project by Arantxa Sagardoy and Alfredo Bravo. This artistic initiative features five films shot at iconic Roman sites such as the Amphitheatre and the Devil's Bridge, blending contemporary movement with ancient heritage.
