Over 2,000 young people up to 29 years old participate annually in the employment and training programs run by the Sabadell City Council, achieving an 84% success rate in continuing education or entering the job market.

The activities mainly take place at Vapor Llonch and the Centre de Formació Cal Molins, targeting young people across various educational levels, from primary school to university degrees, including those who have not completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
One of the most prominent projects is Coneixement d’Oficis (Knowledge of Trades), which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. This program is aimed at students in the second cycle of ESO and special education, allowing them to explore specialties such as bakery, pastry, automotive, renewable energy, cooking, and Industry 4.0.
