The International University of Peace (Unipau) organized the closing session of the Human Library project at the Santa Eulàlia Institute in Terrassa, where three individuals shared their personal stories.

The Human Library project is based on an innovative concept where the “books” are not made of paper, but are individuals who share their own stories of overcoming adversity and life experiences. This initiative seeks to foster diversity and a culture of peace in a practical way.
The closing session in Terrassa brought together 4th-year ESO students, who had previously worked on the topics through the training program Teixint Xares, along with 3rd-year students. The young people heard the testimonies of three “book people”: Miquel, Mohamed, and Ana María.
These witnesses spoke sincerely about their lives, showing the students different realities and helping to break stereotypes and prejudices. The project, organized by Unipau, is currently taught in Terrassa, Rubí, and Sant Cugat, but aims to expand to other Catalan towns.
