The Singulars program, promoted by the Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà, concludes this December with excellent results in job placement and educational return for vulnerable youth in the region.

The project's success is based on a comprehensive methodology combining professional training, company internships, and personalized emotional support for participants. Training included areas such as customer service, occupational risk prevention, and transversal competencies.
Results are particularly notable in municipalities like **Palafrugell**, where **58%** of participating youth have found work or resumed studies. In this group, **18 employment contracts** were formalized, and three individuals returned to the education system, including participants with disability certificates.
In the area of **Castell d’Aro**, **Platja d’Aro**, and **S’Agaró**, the impact was even higher, reaching **72%** job placement or educational return among the **15 participants**. Seven of them secured jobs, and four resumed their training, significantly exceeding the minimum objectives set by the administration.
The **Singulars** program has been implemented thanks to collaboration with local councils and municipal youth services. In addition to technical training, cultural and civic activities were included to strengthen the youth's connection with the territory and facilitate a holistic approach to the working world.
The project is promoted by the **Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà** and receives financial support from the **Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya** (SOC) and the **Servei Públic d’Ocupació Estatal** (SEPE), aiming to foster the labor and social inclusion of vulnerable young people.
