Consumers in Vacarisses can now access a new specialized advisory service via video call, promoted by the Diputació de Barcelona, thus avoiding unnecessary travel.

This initiative, progressively rolled out in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants lacking their own municipal office, such as Vacarisses, primarily aims to facilitate the management of consumer-related inquiries, complaints, claims, and reports.
To request this remote service, citizens must first contact the Vacarisses Town Hall. Municipal technical staff will assess the inquiry and, if appropriate, schedule a remote appointment within a maximum of 10 working days. Once confirmed, an email with the link to access the session will be received.
The introduction of video calls expands the support options, which were previously mainly provided through mobile units and email, offering a more accessible way to receive expert advice from the Diputació de Barcelona.
