The meeting, convened by the Governing Council, marked the beginning of a new organizational phase that includes holding two annual assemblies. These spaces are designed to go beyond formal approval, seeking to foster training, cohesion, and active participation among the social base.

During the session, the accounts corresponding to the 2024 financial year and the proposal for results distribution were ratified. Àuria Manager, Albert Piñol, also took the opportunity to present the provisional economic closing for 2025 and the main strategic lines for 2026, focusing on growth scenarios and risk management.
Furthermore, two key projects for the cooperative's future were highlighted: the Greenhouse at Parc Central, a future gastronomic and cultural facility scheduled to start construction in March, and the remodeling of the Plaça del Rei, which will host a new residential home and the Labor Insertion Service. The day concluded with a popular fideuá to reinforce the community spirit.
