The well-known chef Marc Ribas is set to open his second Pamb charcuterie shop in February on Verdi street, in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona, reinforcing his commitment to Catalan-rooted fast food.

The first Pamb charcuterie recently opened at the junction of València and Enric Granados streets, offering cured meats, sandwiches, biquinis (grilled ham and cheese sandwiches), and coffee. Ribas's goal is to champion fast food using high-quality indigenous products, such as llonganissa (Catalan sausage) and sweet ham.
The new Gràcia location will be larger, featuring tables for tasting and capacity for up to 50 people. To ensure quality, Ribas sources extra virgin olive oil from Molí Salat d’Arbúcies, artisan bread from Forn Suca’l, and llonganissa from renowned producers like Fermí Coromines, Casa Sendra, and Can Tomàs.

"I am punk, and I don't stock Iberian ham, but not because I am against it, but because I am in favor of other cured meats, our own, such as llonganissa, which is why I have different producers."

Regarding beverages, both the Eixample and Gràcia locations primarily serve non-alcoholic options, although they include sparkling wines from the Llopart brand for weekends. Furthermore, the biquinis are an homage to the city of Barcelona, where the sandwich originated, and come in two types: the Barcelona (€8) and the Eixample (€15), a double version.
