"We must not normalize them and we must not enter their frameworks."

Eva Candela · Terrassa Councilor and Member of Parliament
The presentations analyzed the introduction of hate speech into public discourse, highlighting the role of far-right movements and social media, which exploit algorithms to make divisive content viral.

"When the far-right targets different workers, whether by their origin, color, or the neighborhood where they live, what they want is to divide us and strengthen the privileges of those who hold the most power in this country."

Pol Gibert · PSC Secretary of Labor and Just Transition
Eva Candela, Member of the Catalan Parliament and councilor for the Terrassa City Council, advocated for establishing a “sanitary cordon” from the left against the rise of far-right forces to prevent their normalization.
