The Animation and Leisure Center (CAE) in Manresa has presented its 2026 training program, focusing on in-person attendance and incorporating new well-being and communication itineraries.

The Animation and Leisure Center (CAE) in Manresa has presented its broad and diverse training offer for 2026, with a clear emphasis on in-person training as a key element to generate proximity and facilitate experiential learning, moving away from excessive screen use.

"we provide counter-current training, because we bet on in-person attendance in a time of screens. We believe it is a key element of our model, because it generates proximity, facilitates experiential learning, and promotes the exchange of experiences and the creation of bonds."

The new program maintains pedagogical rigor and continuity, incorporating notable novelties such as courses focused on self-care, working with adolescents, and new digital communication tools. Furthermore, the field of educational leisure is reinforced with various editions of monitoring courses throughout the year.
For 2026, the CAE consolidates and expands its training itineraries, increasing from four to five areas: Basic educational intervention, Specialized educational intervention, Personal well-being, Personal and team leadership, and the new itinerary of Network communication.
This continuous training offer is made possible thanks to the support of the Consorci de Catalunya per a la Formació Contínua, which allows for subsidized courses. Proposals from the FOAP program for unemployed individuals and associative management courses, in collaboration with the Ateneu Cooperatiu de la Catalunya central, are also included.
