The Bellpuig City Council will launch the eAgora digital platform on January 1 to establish a direct communication channel with residents, centralizing municipal information and participation efforts.

The eAgora application, free and available for mobile devices, aims to become the single digital window to the local administration, allowing residents to carry out routine procedures and follow municipal news. It will replace the current Vilaconnect service during the first quarter of the year.

The main goal is to improve municipal information, facilitate procedures, and boost citizen participation.

The new system is particularly useful for immediate communication during incidents or unforeseen events, such as traffic cuts, supply interruptions, or general interest notices requiring prompt dissemination.
Among the functionalities already available, eAgora allows users to report public road incidents simply and directly. The council plans to progressively activate new e-administration services in the coming months to further facilitate municipal procedures.
The application can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. Registration is not required to view information, only following the Bellpuig City Council channel, but it is necessary for active participation. An informative talk will be organized during the first quarter to promote its use.
